When it comes to makeup, sometimes less is more. These days, minimalist, natural makeup looks are all the rage. In this episode of Make Me Up, host Melanie Sutrathada (@melaniesutra) shares how to achieve a glowy no-makeup look using just a few simple products. This minimalist no-makeup look is so simple, chic, and easy to apply, you just might want to wear it every day!

To achieve a glowy-but-subtle no-makeup look, Melanie recommends starting with the Tinted Moisturizer from Rare Beauty. “This is one of my favorites,” Melanie says. “It is super lightweight, it just feels really nice on your skin. It has SPF 20 so your skin will be protected when you’re out and about, whether you’re going to brunch or the mall.”

To apply the tinted moisturizer, simply dab it on and rub it in. “A little goes a long way,” Melanie explains as she dabs the moisturizer onto her skin. “One of the things I really love about this is you can actually put it on with your finger. So if you’re going out and you want something you can just throw in your bag, this is something that just feels so good. So I just press this into my skin for that glowy, lit from within look.”

Next up, Melanie applies a bit of blush to give her skin a rosy glow. Melanie chooses to use Glossier Cloud Paint, which is a gel cream blush that can be dabbed onto cheeks and eyelids. Melanie selects two shades of Cloud Paint and layers them on her cheeks. “This is one of my holy grail products that I cannot talk enough about because it is perfection, happiness, joy,” she says as she applies the makeup. “I’m gonna go ahead and just do a little dot on one side and we’re just gonna go ahead and blend that out. This is perfect for blending out with your fingers, but you can also do this with a little blush brush as well.”

Then, Melanie adds a bit of blush to her eyelids to achieve a monochromatic look. “This is very beginner-friendly and you can also kind of do it without a mirror which I like,” Melanie says as she dabs a tiny bit of Glossier Cloud Paint on to her eyelids, then blends it in with her finger.

Finally, it’s time for a bit of lip color! Melanie selects Dior’s Lip Glow Oil to add a bit of glam to her minimal makeup look. “Even just the packaging makes me feel like I’m a fancy lady,” Melanie exclaims as she applies the lip glow oil. “Not only does it add just the right amount of color to your lips but it also is super hydrating. It looks so good. It’s not sticky, it’s not greasy, and most importantly it looks glamorous.”

With her lip color applied, Melanie’s “no makeup” look is complete! Her skin is glowing and she looks glamorous, chic, and ready to hit the town!
