If you’re a regular grocery shopper, you know that keeping fresh greens and herbs alive is no easy task. As much as you want them to last, it’s not long before those dreaded brown spots appear and you have to toss them out. But thankfully, the Cole & Mason Fresh Herb Keeper can help change that.
According to the product description, the Cole & Mason Fresh Herb Keeper helps your herbs last longer — like we’re talking, up to 10 days longer. So, herbs like thyme, rosemary, oregano and dill could thrive an extra day or two in your refrigerator.
The key is, herbs need water. And this Cole & Mason herb keeper gives your herbs that and then some.

How it works
First, fill up the bottom of the container with water. And if you’re not sure how much water is inside, you can check the amount using the handy little water level monitor.
Next, place the herbs on top. The container comes with three dividers so you can separate and place different herbs inside, according to the product description.
And finally, the container has a clear “Flip and Slide” lid to neatly pack in your herbs. The lid easily slides and flips over so you can access your herbs when you need them. Also, the lid contains special air vents that help provide your herbs with some much needed air.
And while this container might seem bulky to some, one reviewer praised it for being able to fit in their fridge.
“Been using this herb keeper for a few months now, and it is awesome. It fits conveniently in the fridge, clearly shows water level and clarity. Very easy to store and remove herbs without bruising the leaves. Also very easy to clean. Highly recommended.”
Another reviewer praised it for helping extend the life of their cilantro.
“Very effective. My cilantro lasts for more than 2 weeks. Easy to use and wash.”
