There’s nothing nice about stepping out of the shower on a cold, dark winter morning. If you want to upgrade your self-care, may I suggest investing in a towel warmer? Imagine wrapping yourself up in a toasty, cozy towel — yeah, that’s better.
Haven Towel Warmer, $90 (Orig. $140)
The Haven Towel Warmer can warm up to two large bath sheets at a time in as little as 15 minutes up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a timer setting that allows you to leave it on for up to 90 minutes and an automatic shut-off feature for safety.
Last year, I gifted this towel warmer to my parents after they moved into a new home. It was just a small upgrade the builders couldn’t give them. I’ll admit my parents didn’t totally “get it” at first. However, after using it, my dad called to tell me how much he loved it. They use it to warm bath towels, throw blankets, slippers, bath robes and more. However, my dad warned me that it gets very hot.
It’s not a huge towel warmer, but it isn’t a tabletop one — you’ll want to ensure you have enough space to slide it under your vanity or sink. It’s about 21 inches tall and 12.5 inches wide. If you prefer a tabletop version, Bed Bath & Beyond sells them for a heftier price tag.
I’m currently trying to find space for the Haven Towel Warmer in my tiny NYC apartment bathroom. But until then, I’m looking forward to using it over Thanksgiving at my parents’ house. Consider getting it for yourself or a family member who enjoys the finer things (or just really hates the cold).
