On this episode of Dragged, host Thorgy Thor (@thorgythor) grants Tiffany’s drag wish of finding her confidence. “I’ve always wanted to be an onstage performer, because in my real life I’m very, very shy,” explains Tiffany.
“I’m hoping to just be a rockstar on stage so I can stop being this little, cute, shy girl. When I come out I wanna look like, Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam!” says Tiffany as she strikes a new pose with each “Bam!”
When asked what her drag inspiration is, Tiffany shares that she’s going for a retro-futuristic look. “What people from the ‘70s thought the future was gonna look like, so you think Judy Jetson, sort of like Barbarella. I’m ready to shoot lasers at people,” explains the Dragged contestant. Let’s see if Thorgy can help Tiffany transform into the confident onstage rockstar she dreams of being!
In the wardrobe closet, stylist Blue (@sheisblue_) has the perfect outfit for Tiffany’s ‘70s futuristic glam look—a showstopper of a sequined dress with an open back. “You say futuristic, I say iridescent,” says Blue of the sparkling dress. “And glam, honey she gon’ shimmer!”
“I’m blinded by the light,” says Thorgy of the dress. “This is ‘70s, this is glam, this is futuristic. This is good head to toe.”
In the makeup chair with Elle (@the.elle.lc), the makeup artist has given Tiffany a bold, bright blue eyeshadow and some glitter on her cheekbones as a fun highlight. “I can’t wait ‘til the finished product,” says an excited Thorgy.
At the big reveal, Tiffany struts out as her drag alter ego, Mia Fantasía. “I wish I could look like this every day,” says the Dragged contestant. As for the name, Tiffany explains, “I’m Dominican and I had to throw a little Spanish flair in there, but also I am a fantasy, I’m living my dream, so I’m Mia Fantasía.”
