Bri (@prettytheycentral), a content creator on TikTok, has become known for their seamless makeup transition videos.
Many TikTokers are left bewildered by how creative Bri is — and have often attempted to recreate the transitions themselves. Thankfully, Bri has graced their followers with step-by-step tutorials on how to properly execute the transitions.
In early March, Bri took to TikTok to share a “transition masterclass 101” of their viral video set to Rihanna’s “B**** Better Have My Money.”
“You’re supposed to have attitude and be mad.”
Bri starts off by telling their followers that the videos they’ve seen of people recreating the transition lack attitude.
“I’ve seen people do it, and they’re like cute with it, but you’re not supposed to be cute. Not at the beginning anyway,” they say. “You’re supposed to have attitude and be mad.”
As the tutorial continues, Bri demonstrates the way most creators make the transition versus the way they think it should be done before adding, “I need to see stink face guys.”
To get a cleaner transition during the lyric, “B**** Better Have My Money,” Bri says it’s best to “stop while you’re turning.”
Bri then breaks down each step: “Attitude, attitude, attitude, lips, cute as f***.”
“Good god you are perfect”
Bri posted their initial “B**** Better Have Money” transition video in late February. To date, it has more than 9.5 million views and 1.5 million likes. TikTokers were quick to praise Bri for their unmatched level of creativity and impressive execution.
“If my partner could pull off a makeup look like that we are getting married on the spot,” one user wrote. “You ate and left no crumbs whatsoever ever”
“period I really wanna see that again,” someone replied.
“Good god you are perfect,” another said.
“We love a virgo king,” one TikToker commented.
As expected, many TikTokers recreated Bri’s video.
Should you decide to recreate this transition video, remember, as Bri urges, to give credit where credit is due and come through with the attitude.
