It’s an online tradition to share your most popular posts on Instagram, Twitter and TikTok. Revisiting old posts can remind us of what was important to us personally and culturally throughout the year.
This year is no different. However, 2020 might be a strange year to look back on — to say the least.
Still, many people might still want to revisit their top posts on Instagram, TikTok and Twitter. So, here’s how to find your top posts on each platform.
How to find your top posts on Instagram
To find your top nine posts on Instagram, simply use the web app Top Nine. All you have to do is plug in your handle and Top Nine generates a grid of your top posts. Top Nine even offers the option to view your top nine videos.
How to find your top posts on TikTok
You’ll need a different tool to see your most-viewed posts on TikTok: Retroplay. The app lets users discover various stats about their accounts, including their most-viewed videos.
In order to use Retroplay, you’ll first have to download the app. Once you have the app downloaded, access the Highlight Reel feature. Retroplay will display your 10 most-viewed videos and turn four of them into a short montage. Just select your favorite videos, upload them from TikTok onto Retroplay, then post the final version to TikTok or Instagram.
How to find your top posts on Twitter
You can find your most popular tweets by using Twitter’s analytics tool. Simply open up the dashboard and Twitter will show you your top tweets from every month.
You can also discover your top retweets by using Social Bearing’s Twitter Handle Search feature and entering in your handle. The tool displays all kinds of other data as well, including info on reach, likes and replies.
