4. Tea bombs
Tea bombs have to be one of TikTok’s most beautiful food and beverage trends of the year. These round spheres are full of colorful tea leaves and transform an everyday beverage into a vibrant showstopper.
This mind-blowingly simple tortilla-folding hack ensures you get the perfect ratio of ingredients in every bite! All you need to do is make a single cut into a tortilla, place your ingredients of choice in each quadrant and fold.
6. Baked oats
TikTokers have figured out a way to magically turn oatmeal into a cake! Baked oats make a great breakfast or dessert and are infinitely customizable.
TikTok couldn’t get enough of this salmon rice bowl, which transforms boring old leftover salmon into an exciting new meal. All it takes to make the transformation is some rice and condiments you probably already have in your fridge.
Move over, avocado toast! The toast trend of 2021 was ricotta toast, and for good reason. Not only is the savory toast delicious, but there are tons of different ways to make it and it’s perfect for beginner chefs.
10. Sushi bake
