Try this Melted Snowman Chocolate Bark for a kid-friendly holiday treat

When it comes to the holidays, nothing amps up the festivities quite like some jolly-spirited snacks. This sweet melted snowman chocolate bark does just the trick. Whip up a batch of this adorable holiday treat to get into the Christmas spirit!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of white melting chocolate
  • ½ tsp mint extract
  • Wilton Candy Eyes
  • Orange sprinkles (you can just purchase mixed rainbow sprinkles and pick out the orange ones!)
  • Red Hots Cinnamon Candies
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Silicone baking mat or wax paper

Directions for the peanut butter cup hat

  • Cut the bottom portion of the peanut butter cups off, and then put the peanut butter cups back together, but slightly off alignment to give it the silhouette of a hat.

Directions for the snowman bark

  1. Line a sheet pan or cookie tray with either a silicone baking mat or wax paper.
  1. Melt the white chocolate according to the directions on the package, then add the mint extract.
  1. Pour the melted chocolate onto the sheet pan and spread out using a spatula.
  1. Place all of the “snowman” parts on top of the chocolate.
  1. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set your snowmen.
  1. Remove the sheet pan from the refrigerator and carefully break or cut out your snowmen. Enjoy!
