Grab your best friend for TikTok’s ‘twinnem’ trend

The latest TikTok challenge is all about celebrating you and your BFF.

In the “twinnem” trend people simply make fun and carefree videos with whoever they call their bestie. The viral challenge was sparked by Coi Leray’s song “Twinnem.” Now celebs like Paris Hilton and Kim Petras are joining in on the fun.

What does “Twinnem” mean?

According to Urban Dictionary “twinnem” means, “When you and a friend create a bond which allows you to sense one another’s moods, energy, pain, vibe along the same frequency and [are] able to finish each other’s sentences exactly like twins.”

The term made its way to TikTok after Leray’s song “Twinnem” was uploaded to the platform.

The lyrics of the song are:

Yeah, that’s my twinnem

Go best friend, we killing ’em

No new friends, get rid of them
