These decadent vegan air fryer “goat cheese”-stuffed dates make the perfect party snack! Start by mixing vegan cream cheese and vegan feta. Then slice dates in half so that they are still partially attached. Remove the pits, and fill the dates with the “cheese” mixture. Then wrap the dates in vegan “bacon,” air fry them until the cheese begins to melt, and enjoy!
If you’re craving a sweet treat, try these vegan air fryer chocolate chip cookies! To make them, start by mixing flour, baking soda and salt. Then, in another bowl, mix brown sugar, white sugar, vegan butter, dairy-free milk and vanilla extract. Fold in the dry ingredients. Then add vegan chocolate chips, and shape the dough into balls. Air fry the dough until the cookies are baked, and serve them up!
These creative vegan “chicken” nuggets are made with chickpeas. To make them, drain and rinse one can of chickpeas, setting the liquid aside. Then blend them with oat flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and a bit of the chickpea liquid. Form the chickpea mixture into nugget shapes. Then dip them in more chickpea liquid, and coat them in breadcrumbs. Air fry the nuggets until golden brown, and serve with your favorite vegan dipping sauce.
