It’s that weird time of year where it’s not really hot enough to start wearing actual summer clothes, but chances are you’re very much over the clothes you’ve been wearing all winter. If you’re itching to buy something, you’re definitely not alone.

Luckily, the In The Know team is here with some shopping inspo. Whether you’ve money to burn and want to update your wardrobe or you just want a little something something like a new face mask, take a peek below at the items we treated ourselves to in April.

1. Puff-sleeved Dress, $34.99

“The minute I saw this long green dress hanging in H&M, I knew it would be coming home with me. Long dresses are my go-to outfit in the spring and summer on the days when I want to look polished but don’t have a ton of time (or motivation) to put on an outfit. This dress is super flowy and I love all of the button detailing.” — Julia Webb, Commerce Editor

2. Loose Tie-Dye Cropped Crew-Neck Sweatshirt for Women, $28

Credit: Old Navy

“I am really feeling tie dye at the moment, seemingly like the rest of the world. So, this month I bought two of the same sweatshirt from Old Navy, in two different tie dye colors. I got them on sale for about $15 each. I kind of want the matching pants now…” — Ellie Conley, Commerce Editor

3. Fabric Mask Set Loop, $32

Credit: Baggu

“At this point in the pandemic, we all have opinions on the best face masks out there. For me, they’re Baggu’s fabric loop masks. I just bought a set with vibrant fruit patterns that are perfect for spring and summer. I love these masks because they fold out to fully enclose your nose and chin, and they also include a bit of wire to bend around the nose for a tighter seal. I would especially recommend them for glasses wearers!” — Brittany Nims, Commerce Managing Editor

4. FRAME Le Sylvie cropped distressed high-rise slim-leg jeans, $112 (Orig. $249)

Credit: The Outnet

“I’m a diehard denim lover, so after months of wavering I finally splurged and bought a pair of FRAME jeans. And now, I am obsessed. I went with the Le Sylvie silhouette (because skinny jeans are out apparently) and they are perfection. The denim is super soft and stretchy, and they make my legs and butt look amazing. I’m already saving for another pair, that’s how good they are.” — Jeanine Edwards, Commerce Director
