Racks Hogan is your host of “The Flip,” a weekly series where sneakerheads and hypebeasts come to find out which kicks have the most resell value.

But sneakers aren’t the only form of streetwear that can yield some extra bank. This week Hogan answers the audience question: What other streetwear is good for flipping?

Hogan only had one word: Supreme

“You won’t have no problem getting rid of any of your Supreme stuff at any given time for at least a little bit more than what you paid for,” Hogan said.

But the series wouldn’t be “The Flip” if Hogan didn’t dish on the latest selection of “flippable” footwear. Here are your best bets on all the recent drops.

Release Date: November 13, 2020

MSRP: $100

“If you want my honest opinion right now, I’m seeing the numbers kind of just doing double retail, kind of in the middle of what retail was,” Hogan said. “So you’re seeing prices between $150 and $200. I think you should sit on these shoes.”

Release Date: November 14, 2020

MSRP: $200

“I think these shoes will do fairly decent,” Hogan said of the latest Yeezys. “I think they will do better than the V2 model, the 350, ’cause these is like a cooler one, you know, walk on the wild side for his line.”

Hogan put the Safflowers on his “Hot” list and thinks you’ll see a return of at least $100 but likely more.

Release Date: November 6, 2020

MSRP: $180

“These are definitely hot,” Hogan declared. “I’ve seen pairs — early pairs — going for $650, $700.”

Racks however advises that you might want to sit on these shoes for now. With more colors expected to drop, the original color tends to increase in value.
