Wife stuns husband during impromptu game of two truths and a lie

A TikToker left her husband in tears of joy after revealing her pregnancy during an impromptu game of two truths and a lie.

Kelli Dougal, a performer in Portland, Ore., shared a video of herself surprising her husband, Brandon Fielding, with the good news on Sept. 3.

“Two truths or a lie, you have to guess which one’s the lie,” a clearly nervous Dougal says. “Number one, I always wanted to be an actor. Number two, huskies are my favorite dog breed. Or number three, I’m pregnant.”

Fielding thinks for a few seconds before saying, “I know huskies aren’t your favorite dog breed … so does that mean you’re pregnant?”

Dougal smiles and nods, and her husband (as well as anyone watching the sweet moment on TikTok) begins to tear up.

Needless to say, social media users were pretty emotional over the clip.

“And now I’m crying watching TikTok,” wrote one user.

“This is the cutest announcement and reaction I’ve seen in such a long time,” said another.

“Don’t mind me just sobbing,” echoed a third.

After the video blew up with nearly 4M views, Dougal shared a follow-up TikTok explaining the motivation behind it.

“We have honestly been blown away by the fact that 3 million people have seen the video of me telling Brandon that I was pregnant,” she said. “When I told him it was for a TikTok game, I only said that to get him to film for me, I wasn’t even expecting to post it. We just shared it with our family and stuff like that, and then randomly decided to put it on TikTok.”

“We actually have loved seeing all the support and the kind comments from everyone,” Dougal continued, adding that she is now 13 weeks along in her pregnancy. “It’s been so cool to see so much positivity on this post, especially when most of our social media accounts are just full of negativity right now.”
