It’s hard to believe that the ’90s and early 2000s were two decades ago. Living through Y2K fashion once before, I’m excited to see the comeback of trends from my childhood happening this year. From velvet chokers to jelly sandals, these items will be everywhere in the coming months.

Low-Rise
