Lip fillers have been trending for a few years now. For some, a full pout is an enviable feature and with modern science, you no longer have to win the genetic lottery to get them.

But needles and other invasive procedures are not everyone’s cup of tea. Luckily, TikTok’s makeup gurus are experts in the art of creating believable illusions with makeup

In The Know’s Lisa Azcona got wind of a beauty hack to get fuller lips without injections. All it requires is three makeup products to get the influencer pout completely pain-free.

“If you feel like you weren’t naturally endowed with fuller lips, this hack could help you recreate the look of lip fillers using makeup that you may already have in your beauty bag,” Lisa said.

First, you’ll need a lip liner that is a shade darker than the natural lining of your lips.

“Slightly conceal your cupid’s bow with the liner and create a bold line in the middle of your bottom lip as well,” Lisa instructed. “Then follow the natural line of your lips for the rest.”

Next, use the liner to divide your lips into thirds. This will create a slight contouring effect.

“You’re going to want to use a nude lipstick to color in the rest of your lips,” Lisa said.

“Lastly add some lip gloss to give it some shine,” Lisa explained. “The one I’m using has lip plumping properties which creates a slight tingling sensation on my lips.”

After the three products were applied, Lisa’s lips did look plumper.

“So my lips definitely look fuller,” Lisa said. “I’m not much of a lip liner girl but I can see how it gave my lips more structure and definition. And if you’re looking for an even poutier look you can add concealer to the corner of your lips to create a more dramatic effect.”
