Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are helping relief efforts in a fun and delicious way.

On April 19, the couple announced that they’re launching a company called Quarantine Wine with 100 percent of the profits going to COVID-19 relief efforts.

“These are unprecedented times that we’re living in and unprecedented times call for … unprecedented measures,” Ashton says in an announcement about the new wine brand. (Mila, meanwhile, jokingly says that unprecedented times call for “more drinking.”)

Since Ashton and Mila enjoy drinking wine during their virtual quarantine hangout sessions, they decided to combine their passion for drinking with their passion for giving back with Quarantine Wine.

“Mila’s brilliant idea was to create a wine where we can actually give shout-outs to whoever we want,” Ashton explains.

“And 100 percent of the proceeds go to a handful of charities that we have done homework on … to make sure that their overhead is low enough where they actually do the work they’re supposed to do,” Mila adds. “So you can look at this as a charitable donation.”

According to the company’s website, all of the Quarantine Wine proceeds currently support four charities: GiveDirectly, Direct Relief, Frontline Responders Fund and America’s Food Fund.

Ashton and Mila partnered with Nocking Point to create “a beautiful Oregon Pinot Noir” available for purchase on the Quarantine Wine website. You can get two bottles for $50, three bottles for $75, six bottles for $150 or a dozen bottles for $300. Pre-orders begin shipping in early May!
